This form should be completed and given to the class's professor on the first day of class to approve and sign.
The completed and signed form should be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The registrar's office can provide further detail on payment submittal. There is a $100 auditing fee per class.
The submission of this form does not guarantee enrollment. Forms cannot be submitted before the first class meeting. A high school diploma is required to audit a class. Auditors must be at least 18 years old.
